- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Cancelled rooms for 4 people on the Coast to Coast 2 weeks before the Aug bank holiday booking forcing a re-route and re-book (well be lucky ) so not at all impressed with this terrible business. Last minute music festival was the excuse (snook up sudden did that), obviously something/someone better or richer came along. Poor quality service from poor quality "human beings" Stay away theyre way better places just not as elevated.By averageman, March 16, 2019
