Mid last year I contacted The House of Chandrika Thomas as I had seen the shop window and website and liked their work so much that I wanted the company to make my wedding dress for me. Unfortunately my experience of working with them was extremely disappointing and resulted in my taking them to the small claims court. Mine is not the only bad experience as in my research leading up to my case I was able to track down others who had similarly upsetting stories to share. I would not recommend engaging with The House of Chandrika Thomas if you are looking to have a bespoke garment made.
