- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆After reading the receipt regarding exchanges and returns on sale items I was very concerned that my Christmas gift of new shoes (wrong size and colour!) were going to remain in the box. However, the new manager Tom exchanged my shoes and processed a credit note for the difference in price with no quibbles.
