Sales person did not listen to our brief. So will not be wasting any more time here. After explaining 3 times that our new bathroom layout was compromised by restricted access to the soil stack, the sales person still went ahead and designed something that is unfeasible for us to build. They are clearly lacking something very basic here or are just too arrogant to listen to their customers.
